Description
The long awaited new triple tree for ZEP1100!
One of the reasons for shaking at high speed (circuit) with high grip tires is the lack of strength of the triple tree.
Sway bar or steering damper can reduce the problem slightly, but it is not a fundamental solution.
The stem shaft, top bridge and under bracket of the stock triple tree are machined from duralumin to achieve high rigidity and light weight, eliminating the rigidity concerns that existed when using the stock triple tree.
The standard offset is 30mm, but with the optional offset collar you can choose between 28mm and 32mm, giving you 3 positions to adjust to your riding style.
It is based on the same dimensions as the stock and can be adjusted to suit your riding style.
The fork pitch is 210mm and the fork clamp diameter is Φ43mm, so it is possible to install not only stock forks but also Φ43mm forks such as Ohlins upright forks.
The top bridge has a wing top that extends the protrusion by 19mm.
There are two threaded holes on the front part of the under bracket so that a joint for splitting the front brake hose can be attached.(M6 x P=1.0 Screw pitch:46mm)
Handle stoppers and handle locks are also available and can be adjusted to suit the offset.
