●There were some problems to maintain and customize TMAX530.
When servicing or customizing your TMAX530, one of the problems you may encounter is the nut that holds the primary sheave in place. This nut has to be fixed with a torque of 160nm, which is unheard of in motorcycle maintenance, and it has to be fixed so that it does not move to remove or install the primary sheep. The manufacturer provides a tool called "Sheep Holder" (90890-01481) to keep the primary sheep firmly in place, but although this tool is very expensive, it can be damaged relatively easily after continuous use.
●So the tool was made to maintain and customize the drive train
It has several functions for maintenance and customization of TMAX530, but its main purpose is to remove the primary sheave. World Walk has designed it to make it easy to remove the primary sheave. First of all, World Walk made the handle long enough to set it on the ground.It can be firmly pressed against the ground and fixed so that it will not turn.
●The shaft that holds the primary sheave in place is replaceable
If you are using a stock YAMAHA sheep holder, it is rare that the shaft that holds the primary sheep in place will break off. Therefore, for the shaft part, stainless steel bolts are fixed with nuts. Even if it is broken, it is possible to use it again by replacing it because it is a normal stainless steel screw sold at home centers
●The neck, which is subject to a lot of force, has been made thicker to ensure strength
The stock primary sheep holder has a welded neck and shaft, but the welded part may break or the shaft part may bend due to a considerable force. Therefore, a 6mm steel plate is adopted as the main material and cut it out with a laser to make a shape that does not put a burden on one place. In addition, the neck is thickened to prevent it from being easily broken.
●In addition to the primary sheave, it can be used for maintenance of the drive system
In addition to the removal of the primary sheep, World Walk can also remove the secondary sheep assembly and disassemble the secondary sheep assembly to replace the clutch center spring.It is a tool that performs three functions in one.
Thickness is 6mm as mentioned above.The material is steel. It is painted black to prevent rusting, and the corners are slightly rounded to prevent pain in the hand when exerting pressure.
