The manifolds are the connecting element of the exhaust system to the engine and therefore are invested first by the exhaust gases coming from the combustion chamber, therefore they will reach very high temperatures and gas speeds.
It is therefore logical that they are of fundamental importance for the proper functioning of the entire exhaust system.
The manifolds improve the passage of gases quickly and without obstacles, resisting at the same time the thermal and acoustic stresses that the gases themselves transmit.
For these reasons Jetprime has created manifolds with well-tuned tapers to achieve the desired effects.
Very resistant materials have been used for their realization but which also ensure a low weight, as today the modern technique requires.
