This reinforced centrifugal clutch kit eliminates clutch slippage that can occur when the Light big bore kit (e-stage/S-stage) is installed on a 6V Monkey (centrifugal clutch bike).
This kit is designed to eliminate clutch slippage that occurs when the Light big bore Kit (e-stage/S-stage) is installed.
Clutch construction: Changed from the stock weight roller type to plate weight type, and further strengthened by increasing the weight.
(stock centrifugal clutch: 4 clutches x 4 locations → 16 clutches) (SP Takegawa centrifugal clutch: 8 clutches x 4 locations → 32 clutches)
Installation method: Since the strengthened clutch assembly is pre-assembled, it can be installed easily by simply replacing the stock clutch assembly, clutch outer cover, clutch guide, and primary driven gear with the kit parts.
When this kit is installed, the primary reduction ratio will be changed from the stock 3.722 to 4.058, so if you lower the number of teeth on the driven sprocket by about 3T, you can keep the driving feeling before the clutch change.

*Special tools are required for assembly.(Lock nut wrench / Rotor holder)*Special clutch or dry clutch made by SP Takegawa is recommended for vehicles equipped with cylinder head big bore (R-stage / Super head etc.) other than light big bore.
*Because this reinforced centrifugal clutch is installed on a stock crankshaft, it is necessary to use the clutch and crankshaft at an allowable speed of 10000 rpm or less when it is installed on a high-revving, high-output engine.
