    Description

A dream collaboration has been realized between "weds", one of Japan's leading aluminum wheel brands that has been participating in Japan's top four-wheel races for many years, and Yoshimura Japan, transcending the boundaries between categories.

    ■AMF
The AMF (Advanced Metal Forming) process maintains a high degree of freedom in design, while the rim is formed to high strength and the minimum necessary thickness using a spinning machine specially designed for wheels to reduce unsprung load and improve operability.

    ■SIDE CUT
While maintaining rigidity, the spoke sides and areas that do not affect strength are side-cut, resulting in a significant weight reduction.

    ■CENTER CAP
The center cap expresses the pride of YOSHIMURA.

    ■MADE in JAPAN
The latest Japanese technology ensures safety and security while reducing weight.

    Caution

*Two "2 wheel sets" are required for one vehicle.
*The image may include other products.
*There may be changes in product specifications due to the manufacturer's reasons.
*The list of compatible models is based on stock tire and wheel sizes.Inch-down is not taken into account.
*The list of compatible models consists of representative model names only and may vary depending on the year, model and grade. Please consider this as a reference.
*The "cap may come out" comment has been added for vehicles with a fender clearance of -3.0mm or less. The "cap comes out" comment is added when the fender clearance is positive.

    [Handling precautions]
    Before wheel installation
    *Before tire mounting
    (1) Precautions when installing wheels
The combination of tire size, number of holes, P.C.D., inset, and mounting surface shape determines whether the wheel can be mounted or not. Please consult with your dealer and be sure to use wheels and tires that are compatible with your vehicle.
    (2) How to select nuts and bolts
Mounting nut seats on wheels can be tapered, spherical, or flat.Check the screw diameter, length and pitch on the vehicle, and use a nut and bolt that match the shape of the seat (or the specified special nut and bolt) with a nut 10mm or more over the bolt.Do not use irregularly shaped bolts or nuts, or use screws that are not tight enough, as they will not tighten sufficiently.
    (3) Regarding stud bolts
Never apply grease or other oils to stud bolts (lag bolts).Even if the nuts (lag bolts) are sufficiently tightened, they may loosen due to the effects. Also, if the stud bolts are extremely rusted, the tightening torque may not be maintained for a long period of time, which may cause the nuts to loosen, so please check before installation. If necessary, replace the stud bolts with new stock ones.
    (4) Installation of air valve
Be sure to use the supplied special valve (or designated valve) for the air valve. If the valve is not compatible with the valve hole in the wheel, there is a risk of air leakage. Please be sure to use new valves since aging of the grommets (air sealing gaskets) may cause air leakage.(It is recommended to replace with new valves when replacing with new tires.)

    *Precautions after tire mounting
    (5) Check for air leaks
After mounting tires, be sure to check for air leaks.(Check the joint between the tire and the rim and the area around the valve for air leakage using a water tank or the like) Check especially the joint between the tire and the rim and the area around the valve. If there is any air leakage, remove the tire, check each part and re-do the work.
    (6) Balance Adjustment
After mounting tires, be sure to balance all wheels. An imbalance can cause abnormal vibration and uneven tire wear.
    (7) Tightening of mounting nuts and bolts
Overtightening of mounting nuts and bolts may cause deformation of the bolt holes and damage to the bolts. Also, do not tighten one side all at once, (it may cause imbalance.) Tighten starting with the opposing screw for 4 and 6-hole and in a star-shaped pattern for 5-hole wheels.Insufficient tightening may cause the mounting nuts and bolts to loosen.Tighten with the recommended torque (16-18kgf/m or 160N/m-180N/m for 14mm bolt diameter, 9-12kgf/m or 88N/m-118N/m for 12mm bolt diameter, 5-7kgf/m or 49N/m-69N/m for 10mm bolt diameter). When using an impact wrench, tighten temporarily with low torque and then tighten in the correct sequence with the recommended torque using a torque wrench. If your vehicle's manual specifies the tightening torque for nuts and bolts, please tighten them correctly according to the manual.
    (8) Precautions for model-specific installation
Some models have screws for temporary attachment of brake drums, bolt washers and locating pins.If a wheel is mounted with rust, dust, or other foreign matter on the hub mounting surface, abnormal force will be applied to each part of the wheel, which may cause the nuts to loosen or break.
    (9) Use of spacers
If you have no choice but to use spacers, you may have to shorten the length of the stud bolts depending on the model, and there is a risk that the nuts will loosen while driving because the nuts do not provide sufficient tightening torque. The use of thick spacers designed to widen the tread or spacers designed to change the P.C.D. may not be strong enough or may interfere with the proper installation and function of the aluminum wheel, and in the worst case, may cause the nuts to loosen while driving.

    *Wheel Mounting, Usage
    (10) Confirmation after installation
When installing the product, please make sure that there is no contact with the vehicle body or suspension parts (check the clearance by turning the steering wheel to the left or right for the front wheels and check the inside clearance for rear wheels with rear wheel steering function). Especially for wheels for 4WD vehicles (P.C.D.,139,7-5/6H) with center caps and covers attached, depending on the model, the caps and covers may extend beyond the vehicle body, so before mounting the tire on the wheel, check whether the wheel itself extends beyond the vehicle body or not.(The same procedure should be followed for caps that are sold separately.) In some cases, please refrain from using caps. Please make sure to check.
    (11) Air pressure inspection
Always check tire pressure before driving. With underinflated tires, both tires and wheels can be damaged by even the smallest impact.
    (12) Retightening
After the initial installation or after rotation, the mounting nuts and bolts tend to loosen easily, so please retighten them to the recommended torque after about 100km of driving.
    (13) Precautions when driving
Do not drive the vehicle in an abrupt manner, such as sudden acceleration, sudden braking, sharp turns, etc., as this will not only damage the tires and wheels but may also cause a serious accident.

    *Caution in case of abnormalities
    (14) Precautions regarding obstacles
Be careful not to ride on sidewalks, curbs, uneven surfaces, etc., as the wheels can be easily deformed or cracked. If deformation or other problems occur, stop using the product and consult the dealer or manufacturer.
    (15) Precautions regarding abnormalities
If you notice any abnormal vibration or noise while driving, stop the vehicle at a safe place immediately and inspect it.
    (16) Repair and processing
Do not attempt to repair or modify deformed or cracked wheels by yourself or at a repair shop. The effects of welding heat or re-bending the deformed part may cause distortion of the entire wheel that cannot be judged visually, and may reduce the strength of the wheel, resulting in an accident. We cannot accept any complaints about damage to the wheel or its function caused by these actions.
    (17) Regarding assembled wheels
The rim and disc joint bolts of assembled (2 and 3-piece) wheels are tightened to the specified torque at the time of manufacture.Never retighten or loosen the bolts. If you do this intentionally, there is a risk of serious accidents such as disc detachment from the rim.

*Other detailed precautions for wheel handling and daily inspection and maintenance
Be sure to read the instruction manual that comes with the wheel package.
