●The change of the caster at the time of braking before the corner is optimized, and it makes it easy to move to the next operation. It absorbs small gaps during cornering and eliminates vibrations that interfere with the rider.
●Unlike normal springs, these springs do not have a constant spring rate and therefore do not resonate.
●After the springs are wound by computer-controlled machine tools, they are treated with shot to remove minute scratches on the surface that may lead to deterioration of performance. In addition, after the completion, the performance of each unit is inspected by a tester.
●In the Netherlands, where Hyperpro is based, all emergency bikes are equipped with Hyperpro springs.
