■EARL'S TEMP-ACURE Oil Cooler Main Features
1. Made of United States aircraft aluminum alloy formed by Vacuum Racing Technology.
2. Special inner fins are installed inside the core (corrugated tube) to diffuse heat effectively by turbulent flow of oil.
The installation of the inner fins also greatly improves mechanical strength.
3. Placing the highest priority on thermal conductivity, ultra-thin aluminum material is used for most of the components.
This also results in a significant weight reduction.
4. Each inlet / outlet joint is welded to the top plate plier section to increase strength at the time of joining, so that it will not be damaged when installing fittings, etc.
5. The airspeed range and oil flow speed range are designed for various usage conditions to accommodate all categories of motor vehicles, and are based on a unique formula to provide the optimum oil pressure according to the amount of air by speed and the engine speed at that time.
6. The core body is available in four different widths, and inlet (AN) /outlet (NPT) types are lined up for each size.
The number of rows can be specially ordered up to about 45cm.
7. All products are pressure tested at 175 PSI before shipment, and destructive testing at 350 PSI is performed during in-process inspections.
