*Handling of Waxed Cotton Products

For products made of waxed cotton, the manufacturer recommends storing them in garment bags, etc.
Avoid direct exposure to light-colored materials, especially during warmer temperatures.
Do not store in direct sunlight.
Depending on how the wax is used, there is a possibility that it may be transferred to other items, so please handle with care.
Do not store the product in a high temperature environment for long periods of time.
Direct contact may cause the surface finish and dyes of waxed cotton to adhere to other clothing or objects.
■Cleaning Methods
Waxed cotton garments should be washed according to the following instructions, as washing with hot water or detergent will remove the wax.
・Do not machine-wash.
・If the outer surface gets dirty, wipe off sand, dust, dirt, etc. with a sponge or towel soaked in cold water.
・After washing, hang the garment in a well-ventilated place out of direct sunlight to dry naturally.
・Do not wash with soap, detergents, chemical solvents, boiling water, or chlorine-based detergents.
・Do not dry clean, glue, or iron.
・Do not tumble dry.
・Do not place garments on top of the heating element, expose them to fire, or dry them with excessively hot air.
■About Maintenance
The frequency of waxed cotton repair depends on the number of uses and applications.
Some are used casually, while others are used under extreme conditions of weather, wind, and abrasion.
Due to the nature of waxed cotton, areas that are subject to constant friction, such as shoulders, seams, pockets, sleeve creases, and inner thighs and knees of pants, will gradually dry out and the wax will lose its surface treatment.
For this reason, we recommend regular maintenance to maintain the water repellent effect of the wax and the texture of the surface fabric.
A coat of garment wax is recommended as a reapplication, especially in dry or frayed areas or when water repellency has been lost.
To allow the wax to penetrate the garment, it is recommended to use a hand or cotton cloth.
When working by hand, body heat loosens the wax, making it easier to blend into the fabric.
Blend well into the garment, paying attention to seams, wrinkles, etc.
To further smooth the texture, a light blow-dryer over the entire area will help even out the spread of the wax.
Hang it in a relatively warm place overnight until it is completely dry, avoiding contact with other clothing.
*Handling of leather products

Products made of leather should be stored with care to avoid mold, loss of shape, color migration, and color fading.
As for the storage environment, store the product in a well-ventilated place with low temperature and low humidity, out of direct sunlight.
If the storage area is not well ventilated, remove the product from time to time and dry it in the shade.
If surface dust or dirt is left on the surface, mold may occur, so please take care of dirt, dust, etc. before storing the product.
To prevent color migration, do not place the garment in close contact with or on top of other garments.
When using a cover for clothing, please use one that is breathable.
Also, please be careful not to get dehumidifiers, desiccants, or other liquids on the leather products.
Leather may degenerate, shrink and harden.
When shaping, use thick, special hangers for jackets to prevent them from losing their shape.
■Care instructions
If stains are applied, they should be removed immediately to avoid blotting or sticking.
・When removing mud and dust, use a leather brush or soft sponge, and be careful not to scratch the leather.
・If the stain is difficult to remove, use a commercially available leather cleaner or wipe it off carefully with a cloth soaked in water or water with a neutral detergent diluted in it and wrung out tightly.In doing so, do not rub the same area more than once.
・When wiping with cleaners, water, or detergent, please test in an inconspicuous area beforehand.
・Do not use an open flame, iron, hair dryer, etc. to force dry the product immediately after it gets wet with water, etc.

■About Maintenance
