The material type is "A7075-T6", also called "Super Duralumin", which is commonly used for aluminum sprockets.
However, with the cooperation of material manufacturers, ISA goes one step further and uses custom-made materials with a flat thickness that are not included in the regular lineup.
■Why a special order?
There is always a possibility of distortion in the cutting process.
The thickness of the part is optimized for the sprocket to reduce the amount of cutting and to minimize the possibility of distortion during machining.
This leads to shortening the processing time and reducing the waste of materials, and realizes high quality and reasonable price.

■ISA's unique concentric processing realizes rotation as close to a perfect circle as possible.
In the machining process of sprockets, what ISA considers most important is the position and diameter of the center hole and bolt hole.
