This part suppresses unpleasant vibration of the handlebar.
It is made of heavy brass, it fits most 7 / 8-inch handlebars (1.6mm-2mm thick).
The bolt is loosened and inserted through the bar end, and the bolt is tightened to fix from the inside.
Replacing the handle increased the unpleasant vibration

The stock SR400 and W650 handlebars have weights in them to reduce vibration.
The handlebars on the market usually do not contain weights, so the uncomfortable vibrations that do not normally occur can interfere with comfort, especially on long tours.
