VP65S (Variable pressure clutch)
Description
VP65S can be used for twin cam model (6 studs, diaphragm spring model), about 40% lighter than stock!
On the TC110, the pressure on the stock clutch went from about 8.4kg to about 3.8kg.This dramatic decompression will feel less than half as great.
The centrifugal mechanism inside the pressure plate (international patent pending) provides strong support in the low RPM range, and the centrifugal mechanism of the VP65S holds the high torque of the engine strongly in the range above 3, 500 RPM.
The centrifugal mechanism of the pressure plate is equipped with a mechanism to release the increased pressure when the lever is held.
In other words, when changing gears in the normal speed range, the lever operation does not become heavier than necessary.

*There may be changes in product specifications due to the manufacturer's reasons.
[Important: Diaphragm spring to be used]
*For the vehicles with displacement increased from TC88, 96 and 103, the diaphragm spring is required.
Example: For upgrade from TC88,96,103 to 110. Requires TC110 diaphragm 37807-03 (TC110 spring from CVO or FXDLS, pink mark)
*If you have not increased the displacement of your vehicle, you can use the same springs as before.For vehicles over 110cc, use the SE diaphragm 37951-98.
