Description
We replaced the spring with the supplied spring and set it up so that the retainer can be assembled.
The weight strength can be adjusted to 3 levels: soft, hard, strong, medium and weak.
■Soft spring type: A little softer than stock even without washers.
■Hard spring type: Two washers at a time is a little harder than stock.
This part suppresses abnormal vibration from the clutch spring and improves the operating accuracy.

・Smooth disengagement of the clutch.
・No slippage and secure connection.
・It will be easier to do up front!
・The friction loss is also reduced and the grip becomes lighter.
・Judder reduction.
・Improved durability of the disc.
・The strength can be fine-tuned by using washers.
When installed, it works more like a machine designed to work.
It is very effective for the bike which has a problem here, slipping or bad touch.
The spring and the pressure plate make it difficult to cause vibration.
[fitting instructions]
1, First, open the cover, remove the four bolts, and replace the spring with a spring of smaller diameter.
2, If necessary, put the attached washer on the post of the boss or in the retainer where the bolt is inserted.You can grease it.
3, Insert the retainer with the spring and bolt.
4, Tighten the bolts temporarily, and then tighten them diagonally after all four bolts are in place.The tightening torque is 6N・m 0.6kg ・m specified by the manufacturer.It's very loose and won't come loose.

・Washers 2pcs.Weakened by 1mm.It's lighter, but we think it connects better than before.

You can reuse the gasket by greasing it so that you can increase or decrease the washer later.
