Description
The Drive Belt Repair Kit, which includes the weight roller and slide piece required when replacing the drive belt, includes a 100% domestically produced drive belt (which has passed the JASO standard), a weight roller and slide piece made of high quality PA46 (polyamide PA46), etc. with excellent heat resistance and wear resistance. Just the right size for driveline maintenance is included in the kit.(*Stock size or the best size for maintenance)
The scooter drive system is a recommended part to be inspected and replaced after 5,000 to 10,000 kilometers. The slide piece, which is made of resin, also plays a role as a buffer material between the friction of aluminum and iron parts, and the performance of the drive system will be impaired by wear and deterioration.
As the resin part of the weight roller wears and the diameter becomes smaller, the gear shift area changes and the drive cannot be performed smoothly.
Breakage of the drive belt will cause unexpected failure and damage to the drive system, so regular maintenance of these will improve the running performance of the scooter.
