The power of the latest supersports is in excess of 200 horsepower, making it a very tough environment for sprockets and chains.

This is not only because of the high power, but also because the traction control system (part of the electronic control system), which automatically controls the vehicle's ability to follow the road and run efficiently, keeps the chain and sprockets under a constant and high variable load.
The lightweight aluminum sprocket, which has absolute superiority on the circuit, has become one of the concerns in terms of durability and frequency of replacement in long endurance races.

Sunstar's development team has conducted numerous tests and collected data for top teams in Japan and overseas, such as Yoshimura Suzuki MOTUL Racing and MUSASHI RT HARC-PRO, and has solved problems that occur in harsh environments.
