Description

4 valve cylinder head creates high rpm and high output!
Unique 4 valve cylinder head that allows you to experience explosive acceleration that cannot be experienced with a stock cylinder head.

■4-valve cylinder head
The four-valve design greatly improves air intake efficiency.
To optimize combustion efficiency, the spark plug is placed in the center and the shape of the combustion chamber has been changed.

■Intake port
The intake port is enlarged and an oval shape is adopted in order to improve the air intake efficiency.

■Special manifold
The manifold shape also adopts an oval shape to optimize the flow from the throttle body to the intake port.

■Large Capacity Injectors
By replacing the injectors with injectors that have a larger output volume to match the increased intake air volume of the 4V head, proper combustion can be done.
The combustion setting can be done by using the special MAP for the injection controller (sold separately).

■Forged aluminum pistons
Specially designed pistons for the 4V.
A high compression ratio of 12.5 was achieved by cutting the engine from a special forged material, while maintaining a lightness that cannot be achieved by cutting from a universal forged material and a strength that can withstand the high output of the 4V engine.

■Forged aluminum roller rocker arms
Frictional resistance is reduced and output is increased by using rollers on the contact surface with the camshafts.
The rocker arm itself is made of forged aluminum to achieve both lightness and strength, and to help increase power output.
Tappet clearance adjustment is the same as stock.
