The manufacturing process of dry carbon products is completely different from that of conventional wet carbon products, and they are formed and manufactured under vacuum and high temperature using advanced special technology.
Dry carbon products, which have both overwhelming lightness and high rigidity due to the special manufacturing process, have gained absolute support in various top stages from aerospace engineering to Formula 1 and MotoGP.
[special protective coating]
In order to prevent discoloration and corrosion caused by temperature, rain, and ultraviolet rays, Nexray has developed a special protective coating that can withstand long-term use without losing its beauty and lightness.
Nexray is available in two colors.
・Semi-gloss coating
In order to reproduce the look and feel of a racing machine, NEXRAY has developed its own protective coating called semi-gloss coating.
This is a special thin film clear coating, which brings out the best of the dry carbon texture.
・Smoke black coating
Unlike ordinary clear coatings, this is a protective coating with depth that enhances the high quality of the twilled pattern of the carbon prep rig that is the material of "NEXRAY".

Both "semi-gloss" and "smoked black" types are 25% lighter (compared to the manufacturer) than standard dry carbon products, while still having the necessary and sufficient clear protective coating.

"Nexray" has been sculpted with maximum consideration given to the balance between the machine and its parts, so that you can feel the meaning of customization while retaining the beauty of the standard.
[Twilled carbon]
Nexray uses a twilled design material that makes the machine look beautiful and fast with its weave pattern itself, rather than the plain weave carbon that is widely used as carbon fiber.
The material used is made of carbon prepreg (laminated carbon fiber) made in Japan, which is the world's number one quality material.
This material is one of the few materials approved by the world's aircraft manufacturers.

The honeycomb structure is sandwiched between the prepregs in order to increase the strength of the parts that are required to be particularly strong.

*Always use a mild detergent when maintaining your NEXRAY.Do not use any weak solvents (thinner type) or organic solvents.*The logo sticker is not attached to the product at the time of shipment.(Included as an accessory)
