As installing the engine, please make sure to use the specified tools, take precautions to prevent injury and install the engine properly.

・Breaking-in
New engines always need a break-in driving.Breaking-in will greatly affect the life of your engine.Be sure to perform a break-in operation.Do not rev excessively upto 1000km.Try to keep the rpm slow and steady without keeping it low.
During the breaking-in period, when changing gears, hold the clutch firmly and change gears without fail.Rapid gear changes or gear changes with a half-clutch may cause gear disengagement or poor gear shifting.The engine is filled with oil, but it is for test operation, so be sure to change the oil before driving.
Change the oil every 1000km or 1 year.Do not add 100% synthetic oil.
・Caution
Work on the engine as it is cold.If work is carried out as the engine temperature is high, it may cause burns or fire.When working, use the appropriate tools and equipment for the work, and perform the work securely.In addition, since there is a specified torque, be sure to retighten to the specified torque.
There is a possibility of being injured by protrusions or burrs during replacement.
・Warning
When working, ensure safety and work in a well-ventilated area.In addition, be careful not to ignite flammable materials such as gasoline or oil.
If any abnormality occurs during operation, immediately stop operation and perform inspection.
Check for loose screws, abnormal noises, rattling, etc. during the pre-ride inspection, and if any damage is found, stop riding and perform inspection work.
Please do not reuse damaged parts.

Caution
*The attached manifold is for the carburetor sold by Tanaka Trading [ca30, ca31].It cannot be used with stock carburetor.*The supplied manifold is for Monkey.Some vehicles (CHALY, CUB, etc.) may require modification and may not fit.
*For 12v vehicles, the stock harness can be used, but the coupler for the engine connection must be replaced with a crimp terminal.
*When installing on a 6V Vehicle, the [ca885] 12V engine replacement harness is very convenient.(The 6v stock harness can be used, so there is no need to change the harness)
*When installing on a 6V bike, it is necessary to convert the electrical system such as battery and valve to 12V.
*When you install it on CHALY, you need to cut the interfering part because it interferes with the frame.
*Regardless of the harness selection, the set contents are parts for Monkey.
*Since the included switches cannot be used with the coupler on the Cub's harness, wiring modification is required.
*As this is a set product combined with the accompanying harness, wiring modifications may be necessary.
*If the breather pipe of the engine body is installed between frames, the pressure inside the crankcase will increase and oil will leak out, which is very dangerous.Check the condition of the breather pipe after engine installation before starting the engine.
*Tanaka Trading does not exchange products after shipment.Please check the engine model carefully before purchasing.
*The sprocket attached to the engine is for checking the engine start.Sprockets are not replaced.
*There may be changes in product specifications due to the manufacturer's reasons.
