This spacer is inserted between the stock wheel and shaft to give the new 4-stroke engine GYRO CANOPY the 500mm or more tread.
The thickness of this product is 3mm per piece, so by inserting it between the left and right side of the set, the stock tread of 496mm will become 502mm.
The products are processed at ALFA AUTO's contracted Japanese factory, so there are no distortions in thickness and highly precise and hard.
Since the stock wheel of a 4-cycle canopy has a very small contact area with the shaft, using a simple circular washer with low hardness would crush the wheel nut and cause it to loosen. This product was manufactured at Japanese factory in considering the accuracy of the shaft and the spline (zig zag part) and the accuracy of the surface where the wheel and the shaft contact.
Since the stock cotter pins cannot be used when inserting the spacers, two split pins of the appropriate size are also included.
