S&S has released a revolutionary item that allows you to get the vintage look of a shovelhead engine with a pan head and the high performance valve train of the Evolution all in one package!
The intake / exhaust ports are more efficient and the rockers are quieter with high performance hydraulic tappets, so despite the retro look, this shovel-pan is really exciting!

Caution
*Due to the different roller size of the tappets included in the kit, the kit must be used with '84-'99 Evolution Engine style camshafts.*If using it with a stock '70-'77 engine, you will need to replace the pinion gear with a '78-'87 type pinion gear in addition to the camshaft shown above.
*When using it with the generator type engine of '66-'69, it is necessary to use with the camshaft recommended by S&S.
*It is necessary to use it with O-ring type push rod cover of '79-'84 models.
