ZETA Flight Handlebars

The racing handlebar is designed specifically for sports riding, and its workability and durability have been studied through feedback from racing.
[Using Ti-6AI-4V]
The bolts and hinge pins are made of titanium alloy Ti-6AI-4V, which is light in weight, high in strength and will not rust semi-permanently.
[T-slotting processed clamps]
The groove on the inside of the clamp increases the surface pressure and improves the holding performance.
[Steady tightening]
The fork clamps are fixed with two M6 bolts to distribute the tightening torque and ensure stable tightening.
[3-D Machining Process ]
In order to reduce waste as much as possible, the entire surface is machined 360°.
■The design that pursues workability
The quick release clamping system is used to be approached from the same direction with the same tool, and that makes work speed improved.
Hexagon flange bolts are also used for superior workability.
■Handlebars has different surface treatments on each side
The left side is sandblasted to make the grip easier to stick, and the right side is polished to avoid resistance from the throttle tube.
■Two types of high-strength aluminum alloy are used
The clamp is made of A7009-T6 and the handlebar is made of the material whose strength is diifferent from A6061-T6.
In the event of a fall, the handlebar made of A6061 material bends to soften the impact.
On the other hand, the clamps are made of high-strength materials to minimize breakage and allow restarting by replacing only the bar.
It depends on the degree of impact.
The short offset type has a smaller offset, so the body is more squared and you can control your vehicle more freely.
In addition, since the load transfer and posture change become effective, the riding position emphasizes the turning performance.
The stock offset type sets the general offset amount for clip-on handlebar.
Compared to the short type, the handlebar position is farther away from the rider, so the rider has to lean forward more, which gives a riding position which focuses on straight and acceleration after the corner.
