Description

This is a collar which enables to install Suzuki GSX750S Katana 1100S Katana swingarm on CB750FZ.
The Katana swingarm is designed to be used with the asymmetrical CB-F swingarm.
To solve this problem, the width of the left and right collar is changed to offset the Katana swingarm.
Both the wheel center and chain line are correctly positioned to allow bolt-on installation to the stock CB-F wheels and brakes.
The collar to adjust the position of swingarm is made of steel for strength and plated surface to prevent rusting.
In addition, a hardened collar is used for the needle bearing part.
If you change to Katana swingarm, wheel, wheel collar, caliper support and torque rod of CB750F / CB900F can be used.
Pivot shaft is for CB750FZ and axle shaft for CB-F and Katana are both usable.
The cap of the swingarm pivot, the collar inside the pivot and the chain adjuster must be used for Katana.
Comes with an instruction manual.

[About the bushing width of the swingarm suspension support part]
The bushing of the suspension support should be replaced with the stock bushing for CB-F. Or, if you use the bushing for Katana, cut it down to 19mm width.(*See image 5)
*The stock bushing part number for CB-F is 40548-268-000 [for CB750FZ] and 52451-357-000 [for CB750FA-FC], both of them can be used.
(The width of the outer circumference of the bush is for CB750FZ (18mm) and for CB750FA-FC (16mm), but the width (19mm), inner diameter (10mm) and outer diameter (22mm) of the center of the bush are the same for both bushes)

Caution

*Only for CB750FZ with 14mm pivot shaft diameter (not for CB750FA / FB / FC and CB900F with 16mm pivot shaft diameter)
*CB1100F wheels and caliper supports cannot be installed on KATANA swingarm.(Because the dimensions are different from CB750F / 900F)
*Bushing width of the swingarm is 19mm for CB-F and 22mm for KATANA, so if you want to use CB-F rear suspension, you need to replace the bushing with CB-F stock bushing or cut down the bushing for KATANA to 19mm width.
*Since the swingarm length of the Katana is longer than that of the CB-F, it is necessary to change the chain.
The number of links depends on the T of the front and rear sprockets, so be sure to determine the number of links by matching the actual sprockets.
