Description
◆Φ67 x 300's stylish silencer gives you a racing impression.
By forming a double structure of thick and thin punching inside, slow and fast flow velocities are generated in the exhaust, giving it a deep and unique racing sound.
The silencer outer is made of aluminum material that has been machined through several processes on an NC lathe.
It has a beautiful luster.
Only RPM-67Racing brand is available with the sound deadening baffle (sold separately), which enables to reduce the sound volume by about 5db with a simple bolt-on operation.
◆The exhaust pipe from the engine exhaust port to the front of the silencer is made of steel.
The exhaust pipes are polished by our craftsmen for dozens of processes, then copper plated, nickel plated and finally hard chromed.
As a result, the luster unique to steel plating is produced, and it changes into a peculiar burnt color by adding heat by exhaust.
In addition, the exhaust note produced by the steel is a quality sound that gives a soft impression.
◆For a long period of time, the concept of the "4-in-2-in-1 set" was developed by our original manufacturing method.
The use of this assembly method has realized a reliable high torque characteristic in the mid to low speed range.
