You may notice that we have “Return & Exchange Policy”, but still not knowing the details of it. That’s why we are here with simple explanations for you.

 

Which kind of item can be returned?

 

1. The item is not fitting on your bike or dislike the color
2. It is Webike errors or manufacturer’s defects
3. Malfunctioned item

 

The amount of refund is depends on reason of returning. 100% refund if it is our errors or manufacturer’s defects. We will refund only the item’s price if it is the customer’s errors.

 

Shipping fee is nonrefundable unless it is our errors or manufacturer’s defects.

 

* Please note that in order to return the item, you need to send a request to us and waiting for our confirmation before proceed on returning.
