Yamaha TR1 – The Cafe Racer black and red power elite

Yard Built project (a campaign) Yamaha continues to launch the Cafe Racer version of the Yamaha TR1 gorgeous. The car is inspired by the two most powerful colors, red and black.
Embryos of a vehicle belonging to the rare use Yamaha named TR1 V-Twin engine. The car was produced in 1980 and almost extinct so far. It is considered the closest relatives of the XV750.
Surprisingly nice car is a project of the Yamaha Yard Built but assigned by an amateur hands of Roland Snel (this he has special interests with the Yamaha V-Twin engine).
Roland worked in the engineering department of Yamaha Netherlands, his work is not professional, but the motor skills of welding, turning, grinding … he led. Understand that, Miyazawa – father of projects Yard Built – decided delivery of the TR1 chance for Roland.
Roland chose life form TR1 1980 but production in 1984 with improved specifications. The car is the classic style with Showa fork Ducati 916 forms and damping of the Triumph Street Triple follows.
Rims 18inch used type of sample Akront Honda GL1000va carbon antifouling paint. Tires have been changed to conform with Metzeler Roadtec Z8s tires for sport-touring modern lines.
Exhaust is approved patch from a piece of jet Dynojet muffler combined with the MAC. Especially as li-on battery is integrated beneath the vehicle’s front fork to provide energy for the entire electric system is hidden above (under the saddle, along the slopes).
A lot of details are Roland meticulously noted. Each snail is refreshed or replaced, side frames, shelving accessories … are manipulated alloy stainless back.
The car is painted black and painted chassis parts Red Tangerine Metallic metalflake style classic. A line is drawn in Japanese Kanji unique 3D on the fuel tank cap and an innovative Yamaha logo car side.
The car comes with the satisfaction of Miyazawa. Form TR1 Cafe Racer officially accepted to appear all over Europe as a new member of the project Built Yard. And this is also the step marks the hands of Roland professional.
