KAWASAKI Motors Europe announced on 26th October that special model “Z1000 ABS R Edition” will integrate with Z1000 2017 model.

Z1000 2017 model equipped with ABS was exhibited at the INTERMOT 2016 that was held from Wednesday 5th of October for five days at Cologne, Germany. The Z1000 ABS R Edition is an additional model.

Z1000 ABS R Edition

The two big characteristics that differ from the standard model.

The first is the rear shock that can be identified visually. It is equipped with OHLINS S46DR1S and OHLINS logo plate decorated below the seat.

Further, underparts have been modified around the front brake with brembo rotor and caliper. The caliper seems to be a M50 Monoblock Caliper used also for Ninja H2 and Ninja ZX-10R.

Hose has been modified to a stainless steel mesh hose, under cowl has been replaced with a carbon cowl and seat is decorated with logos with emboss.

Color is metallic black combined with metallic graphic gray.
