BITO R&D is a company that develops motorcycle parts and they have released ”MAGTAN JBK” wheels for KAWASAKI H2 and H2R.

JB-POWER MAGTAN has established a status at world famous races such as the MotoGP and Super Bike races. This wheel was produced under the joint venture with Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. to provide the public with technology that the company has achieved through harsh experiences in the racing field. The aim was to produce wheels that have the world’s best quality.

Every possible means was packed into this high performance wheel together with every single technology that BITO R&D possesses. This wheel is for Ninja H2 and H2R, however wheels for ZX-10R、ZZR1400/ZX-14R and other models are scheduled to be released sequentially.

Structure of the Spoke

The unique spokes were designed considering performance. They will correspond to various conditions on public roads and on the circuit.

Pockets

Weight has been reduced with pocket process which enhances the material. Taking advantage of the racing carier of BITO R&D, the weight of the wheels have been reduced. Front wheels are cut on the bottom of the rim and rear wheels are cut on the back of the spoke neck with three dimensional process to reduce weight in grams.

Design

The wheel features beautiful economic designs. You can see that both design and performance are uncompromised.

Thinned Structure

The wheel is complicated compared to other MAGTAN products and thinning process requires high technology. The rich experience, techniques and passion of the engineers made it possible to cut-out the wheel maintaining its strength and durability.

It is easy to make a light wheel. But the JB-SPEC combines safety and durability. It has passed standards stricter than the JWL standards which are standards for use on public roads.
