The aim of this project is to turn this old age 64,000 km. Vespa into a nice young and enthusiast man once again. Wanting this machine to participate in <\/span>European contest for scooters in Germany. The team, Pulsar, took 3 months to finish this amazing and aggressive vespa. <\/span><\/p>\n

This is a design of model PX 200cc. (2000). The construction materials are: iron, brass, copper, leather, wood, plastic and rubber. Starting the construction of the handlebar, a drop bar aluminum cast handlebar that was modified to mount a height adjustable headlight from a bigger bike that emerge through the handlebar at the front. Furthermore curving all flat surfaces of handlebar and oxidizing I gave a completely different, retro, look. The handlebar is composed by wooden script, the protective railing of headlight and its aluminum cap, in addition copper capsdecorates the light switches, a decorative chain surrounding the speedometer and a defusing film layer that was applied to the headlight glass.<\/span><\/p>\n

Thus, this Springer Sting won the European competition in 2 categories: “Best Show” and “Oddity” (for the most original construction), and rewarded Pulsar for an efforts to presented something new.<\/span><\/p>\n
