GROM Racing Machine with Moriwaki\u2019s Original Specification Now Available!<\/b><\/h2>\n

Moriwaki Engineering has released new race use model, \u201cMORIWAKI GROM RACING COMPLETE\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Honda Grom<\/a> Race Use Machine<\/span> was released in late May to be a big topic. The machine is built with parts uniquely selected by HRC service shops.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The biggest advantage of this machine is that service shops can select exhausts, rearsets kit, rear suspensions, and so on to build several different kinds of machines. This offers a great customizability to meet the needs of various riders.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It is supported by \u201cHRC GROM<\/a> CUP\u201d which is held in several locations in Japan. It is loaded with a light-weighted slip-on to fulfill the potential of the engine, rearsets kit which is made of extra super duralumin, well-positions handlebar, and so on. Those parts are all developed based on Moriwaki\u2019s unique points of view.<\/span><\/p>\n

Not just a complete machine, each part including a just one bolt as a repair part is also available for sale. Prices vary from a model specification to another. MSRP: 350,000- JPY\u3000(Tax Not Included, delivery fee by area will be added)<\/span><\/p>\n

One of the characteristic features of this machine is Racing MX which fulfills the maximum potential of the engine. The total weight of the silencer and mid pipe is as light as 1.5kg. It picks up without any stress from mid-high rpm to rev range. The power curve does not show any distinctive ups and downs which means it is a very easy-to-handle character.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rearsets Kit\u3000Made of the Highest Quality Material, Extra Super Duralumin<\/b><\/h3>\n

It is made of CNC machined extra super duralumin. Moving parts of the pedals is short stroked to provide the smooth movement for the rider. Its bearing system is adopted with the change pedals to realize the smooth operation and delicate but reliable shift changes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step bars and pedals do not share the same axle to minimal the risk and help you recover in a short amount of time when falling.<\/span><\/p>\n

Well-Positioned Handlebar to Increase Basic Performance<\/b><\/h3>\n

Handlebar is approx. 22mm lower than stock and the hanging angle is set to be 3 degree. All positioning are set to improve turning performance and steering stability.<\/span><\/p>\n

Being Experienced to be Particular\/ Other Parts<\/b><\/h3>\n

Small parts are also developed based on Moriwaki\u2019s unique points of view. The stand hook is now integrated with the sprocket guard, and the mounting boss is welded to the swingarm. This way it can reduce unwanted troubles which are caused by the number of the small parts installed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Also, an adjuster on the rear stand side is installed to make it easy to stand up when the rear stand is used at an endurance race, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

Each part of the machine is qualified with domestic HRC GROM CUP requirements. It offers beautility, durability and maintainability in all aspects to be the one of the highest quality machines in the market. More parts based on other regulations are scheduled to be developed in the future.<\/span><\/p>\n
