• Welded using TIG process and Shot blasted to remove all residual stresses before surface protection process
• Electro Phoretic Coating to black finish gives the Crash Bar adequate corrosion resistance to endure all weather conditions to which the Motorbike will be subjected
• The Full Assemblage includes Compatible Hardware Bracketry Sacrificial Slider Guards made out of Compression Molded Resin to give it the strength and takes the impact in the event of a fall of the Motorbike (easier and economical to replace in the event of a big fall of the Motorbike)
