    Description


    Increased power and torque in all ranges.Standard specifications for reliability.
    Includes cylinder head with optimized combustion chamber shape.High efficiency port shape, big valves, high camshafts (optional), and high compression pistons for each displacement, you can feel the power and torque in the whole range which can not be compared with stock.
    Hemispherical, cross-flow type combustion chamber shape.Compared with the previous model, the shape of the combustion chamber has been reviewed and the combustion efficiency has been optimized by using a special combustion chamber for φ52.
    Enlarged and filleted ports for increased bores and increased flow velocity.The intake port has a high port shape to increase the filling efficiency of the combustion chamber.
    Camshafts with bearings (selectable depending on model) for use with stock cylinder heads on 12V vehicles, for sharp gains at high RPM.
    The larger diameter valve face and the stem diameter of φ5.5 realized the improvement of intake and exhaust efficiency and the high durability.

    Caution

    *The image is with cam.
    *Because of the increase in power and torque, the maximum speed can be increased by increasing the front sprocket by 1-2T or decreasing the rear sprocket by 3 to 5T and increasing the gear ratio.The reduction ratio will vary depending on your preference, operating conditions, and the installation of a clutch with a different primary reduction ratio.

    *The 108cc Big Bore Kit is designed for competition use.Therefore, the maintenance cycle is shorter.
    Notes on assembly
    *When installing the cylinder, make sure that the gap between the cylinder sleeve and the through hole on the crankcase side is 0.5mm or more.Due to the manufacturing error of the crankcase, it may be less than 0.5mm or the cylinder sleeve may interfere.In this case, please cut the through hole of the crank case accurately to secure the clearance of 0.5mm or more.
    *The thickness of the piston ring is different between the old product and the current product.Current product is 0.8-0.8-1.5, old product 85 / 88cc is 1.0-1.0-2.0, old product 104 / 108cc is 1.0-2.0 (2 rings).If you need a piston ring for repair, please check the size before you buy.
    Note on repairing cylinder head gaskets
    *The 85/88/104/108cc big bore kits have undergone a model change for the cylinder and head gasket in 2003-2004.
    Please note that the head gasket is different according to the type of cylinder.Old cylinder paper head gasket specification: Cylinder length: 62.6mm, Current type cylinder stainless steel head gasket specification: Cylinder length: 63.4mm.
    *If the stainless steel head gasket is installed on the old cylinder, the valve and piston will interfere with each other and cause serious damage.
    *When the paper head gasket is installed on the new (current) cylinder, the cam chain will not fit into the cam sprocket and cannot be installed.
    *There may be changes in product specifications due to the manufacturer's reasons.
