Specification
3 FingersLever type: M
Without switch box (for racing)
Material: Forged aluminum
Color: Titanium color anodized aluminum
Description
In pursuit of light weight and high precision, the front surface is machined 360° by CNC machine to the smallest detail.Foldable design minimizes lever breakage from falling. In addition, an automatic lever return system with a built-in spring is adopted to enable the machine to be restarted immediately after a fall.High strength aluminum alloy is used, and anodized surface treatment is applied.
Why is there a need for the lever to collapse forward?
If the lever is broken, it will cause a significant slowdown and loss of riding. As a cause of lever breakage in the event of a fall, a force applied in the direction of (1) will push the lever in the direction of (2), and a ordinary lever with no place to escape the force will often break. However, the pivot lever CP has a second indirect "pivot" that allows the lever to move in the direction of (2) when it is subjected to impact, such as when it falls, making the lever less likely to break. The "pivot" point is equipped with a strong return spring so that the lever will return to its original position when the bike is raised after a fall and will not tip forward during normal riding. In addition, the risk of damage to the levers can be reduced by installing the Rotating Bar Clamps at the same time.
●Foldable lever
In the event of a fall, the lever moves forward to absorb the impact.Automatic lever return system with built-in spring.
●Adjustable
The best lever position can be set as full adjustable without changing the clutch space.
●Full surface machining
Thoroughly pursuing light weight and high precision, the entire surface is machined by CNC machine.ZETA logo on the front to prevent slippage.
●K-type is for public road vehicles with a switch box.M-Type is for racers without a switch box.M-Type is not for public road use.
