    This is a "Special Clutch Kit" which includes a die-cast clutch cover and a 5 disc reinforced clutch at a reasonable price.

    ■Die-cast clutch cover

    Oil can be taken out directly from the cover body to the oil cooler.
    SP Takegawa has oil cooler kit for die-cast clutch cover.

    When the die-cast cover is installed on the Ape100 / XR100 Motard / XR100R / CRF100 and the oil is taken out from the clutch cover, there is no wall to divide the oil from the oil pump into the crank side and the cylinder head side. When the cooler is installed, the amount of oil flowing to the oil cooler becomes small.
    Therefore, by installing the rubber separator which divides the flow of oil to the crankcase, the flow of oil becomes one direction, and all the oil from the oil pump flows to the oil cooler and the oil filter, and flows to the crankshaft and the crankcase and the cylinder after passing through the oil filter of the clutch cover. crank shaft, crank case and cylinder.

    ■5 Disc Clutch
    Ape50 stock clutch (3 friction discs) Ape100 stock clutch (4 friction discs), clutch capacity is increased by adding friction discs (Ape50: 33%/Ape100:25%) to prevent slippage.
    This product is designed for high power engine by increasing the bore.(This product can be installed with stock engine and stock clutch cover at the same time)
    The number of clutch dampers has been changed from 4 to 6 to increase the damper capacity.
    The oil pump reduction ratio was changed from 2.187 to 1.833 to increase the oil discharge rate per engine revolution.
    The primary reduction ratio has been changed from 4.437 to 3.833, the gearing has been increased by about 16%, and the selection of drivetrain sprockets has been widened.
    Clutch springs are strengthened by 10% compared to Ape100.
    Cast iron is cast into the friction disc contact surface of the clutch center and pressure plate for improved durability.

    Caution

    *The lifter plate, guide pin and bearing flange bolt are reused stock parts.
    *Since the primary reduction ratio is changed, the sprocket needs to be reset.
