(1) Hard to scatter
Woven with continuous compressed glass fibers (threads), glass fibers do not scatter during operation.
Therefore, you can work with bare hands without wearing a mask, gloves or goggles.
Therefore, it is gentler on the human body than conventional products.
Even if it is cut according to the thickness, there is almost no scattering.
(2) Excellent workability
Acostafil is in sheet form, so it is easy to wrap around a perforated pipe, and compressed glass expands when heat is applied, so it can be wrapped in a size that allows easy insertion into a silencer.
It is easy to handle because it only needs to be fastened with masking tape on the outside.

Conventional products are short glass fiber aggregates that often scatter, but the material used in this product, Acostafil, is woven with continuous glass fibers, making it highly durable without scattering.
(4) High heat resistance temperature
While conventional E-Glass has a heat resistance temperature of 800 to 850 degrees Celsius, the newly developed ECR Glass used in this product has a heat resistance temperature of 870 to 900 degrees Celsius.

The threads are woven into a sheet, which makes it possible to increase the filling volume, and thus has a higher sound-dampening effect than conventional products.
