SP Clutch Lifter Plate for HRC RTL-F.RTL300R Montesa Cota 4RT 4RIDE
The clutch spring vibration and the friction loss of the sliding are reduced for more accurate operation, improved touch, and smoother operation feeling.
The grip can be made soft.
This product was developed after many years of research and development, and repeated testing by IAS, IA and general trial riders.
It has nothing to do with other companies' products.

・If you assemble the SP lifter plate without the washer, the amount of crushing the spring is 1.0mm less than stock, so the grip will be lighter and the connection will be softer.》
・If you put the attached 1.0mm washer above the clutch center and below the spring, the weight will be almost same as stock.
・The washers are already included in the 300R 4RT 4RIDE from 2017.Add one more piece at a time to achieve the same strength as the original.Some people use reinforced springs to remove the washers.
・If the vibration occurs, the connection will not be smooth instantly.The life of the discs and clutch body will also be shortened.
・If you have hard springs but your fingers are too tight, please try No Washer.
・It is made for a bike that has been used for a long time, but it is also effective for a new bike to connect smoothly and to reduce damage.

・An extra addition. It's important.We've placed punch marks at two diagonally opposite points on the SP clutch lifter plate.Tighten these two bolts first before tightening the diagonal bolts.See the video for details.Tightening torque is 12N-m
