Description
・The right crankcase cover is used for both
The right crankcase cover is designed to be used with both wet and dry clutches.
After purchasing a wet clutch, it is possible to change the specification to a dry clutch.
・Forged aluminum clutch cover
Cover is forged aluminum with shot finish.The rack and pinion system is adopted for light and smooth operation.
・Large oil filler cap is adopted: Die-cast aluminum with chrome plating
・Oil element: The cartridge type paper type with excellent filtration capacity is adopted.
・With oil level check window
・Change of clutch unit
By changing the crankshaft from the stock crankshaft (primary side) to the main shaft (secondary side) of the transmission, the rotational mass of the crankshaft is reduced and the durability and throttle response of the crankshaft are improved.
[6 disc reinforced clutch (without slipper clutch)]
・6-disc specification
By reducing the diameter of the rotating parts such as the clutch outer compared to the conventional product, the loss of horsepower due to oil diffusion is reduced, the response is further improved, and the rotating mass weight is reduced by approximately 12%, so engine power can be transmitted without waste.
Six friction discs are used to achieve a six-disc configuration.
As a result, the capacity of the clutch is increased by approx. 20% compared with the conventional product, and it is applicable to high power engines.
[6 disc reinforced clutch (with slipper clutch)]
・Slippery Clutch
Reduces the shock of sudden engine braking when downshifting at high RPM.
This reduces sudden posture changes, rear tire hopping, and load on the engine.
The clutch is equipped with a special pressure plate and clutch cam.
The back torque transmitted from the rear wheel is transmitted to the clutch cam, the cam of the pressure plate and the clutch cam are activated, the pressure plate is pushed down to the semi-clutch state, and the back torque is released.

*It cannot be installed on vehicles other than the target transmission (for SP Takegawa cross transmission or stock main shaft).*Can not be installed with stock and up exhaust at the same time.
*The slipper clutch must be used with the big bore kit with decompression function.(Excluding SP Takegawa made Desmo head)
*When installing on a Z50J-1300017-1600007 vehicle, the supplied clutch cable is not compatible with the stock clutch holder, so please replace the handle pipe and use SP Takegawa clutch lever or combination switch with clutch lever.
