This kit is designed to convert the KSR110 / KLX110 centrifugal clutch to a manual clutch.
By using a manual clutch, you can enjoy the true potential of the machine, and shift operation is lighter than with a centrifugal clutch.
R. Install the hydraulic clutch release cylinder and piston inside the crankcase cover.Cylinder and piston are machined aluminum.
Primary Drive Gear
By installing it, the weight is reduced, the throttle response is improved, and 100% of the crankshaft rotation can be transmitted to the secondary clutch.

*The centrifugal clutch needs to be disassembled.(Spring removal)*The thread diameter of the clutch master cylinder mirror is 8mm.
*KLX110 (LX110A-000001-) cannot be installed.
*Cannot be installed on KLX110L.
*Oil windows are not available.
