    ■Clutch type is hydraulic
    The play of the lever does not change easily, and the clutch operation is excellent.
    The clutch cover is made of machined aluminum, and the surface is black anodized.
    The clutch cover has large ventilation holes to improve the cooling effect.
    A rubber cap is included to reduce the noise characteristic of a dry clutch.

    ■Die-cast aluminum R. Crankcase cover
    The R.Crankcase cover is the same for both wet and dry type, so it can be changed to wet or dry type after purchase.
    The clutch section has a separate chamber to separate the engine oil from the clutch oil.(Brand name, specification, etc.)
    R. The crankcase cover is made of die-cast aluminum.
    The cover surface is painted black.

    ■Oil through nut
    By installing it, you can save a lot of weight!!!
    Centrifugal oil filter approx.1069g → Oil through nut approx.123g
    You can remove the stock centrifugal oil filter which puts a burden on the crankshaft by replacing it with the attached oil through nut.
    This allows the crankshaft weight to be reduced from approximately 1069g to approximately 123g, resulting in a significant weight reduction.
    Also, the engine response will be improved by reducing the load on the crankshaft.
    By installing the oil through nut, the oil line leads to the crankshaft.
    Because it passes through the oil element, clean oil always flows to the crankshaft.

    ■Built-in oil element
    Filters out impurities such as sludge and metal wear particles in the oil.
    By removing the impurities in the oil, it is possible to maintain the engine power.
    The oil element is a highly reliable cartridge type paper type.

    ■Oil level check window
    It is easy to check the oil level.The engine oil check window is made of durable glass.

    ■The large filler cap is made of die-cast aluminum and finished with chrome plating. The oil can be changed easily by enlarging the oil inlet.

    Oil can be taken out from the cover body directly to the oil cooler.
    SP Takegawa has oil cooler kit for special clutch cover.

    ■Patented structure
    Thermostat installation part and oil line structure When the oil cooler kit (specification to take oil from the special clutch cover) is installed, overcooling can be prevented by installing the optional thermostat unit.

    ■Mechanism
    The oil line that flows to the cylinder head side can be changed to the oil element.
    By installing the oil line hose kit (sold separately), oil flowing to the head side can also pass through the oil element.This prevents engine damage caused by oil sludge.
    To install the oil line hose, it is necessary to use the oil outlet boss to the oil cooler on the SP Takegawa big bore cylinder (with oil outlet boss).

    By reducing the diameter of the rotating parts such as the clutch outer, the loss of horsepower due to oil diffusion is reduced, the response is further improved, and the rotating mass weight is reduced, so the engine power can be transmitted without waste.

    Six-disc design is realized by using five friction discs and one judder friction disc.This reduces judder when starting and at the same time increases the clutch capacity to accommodate high power engines.
    In addition, the clutch unit can be used for both wet and dry type clutches, so that both specifications can be changed.(When changing from a wet clutch to a dry clutch, it will be necessary to replace the friction disc, but when changing from a dry clutch to a wet clutch, the friction disc can be used without modification.(*Only if there is no replacement of consumables.Clutch cover is required separately.)

    ■Primary driven gear with built-in damper
    Built-in rubber damper to reduce shock to gears when clutch is engaged.

    ■Clutch spring
    Excellent fatigue resistance and stable clutch feel.

    The slipper clutch reduces the shock of sudden engine braking when downshifting at high RPM.

    ■Thermostat unit 02-01-5052
    Overcooling can be prevented by removing the oil from the cover body to the oil cooler and installing the thermostat unit (sold separately).
    SP Takegawa oil cooler kit must be installed at the same time to install the thermostat.

    ■Breather cap (90 degree swivel type) 07-06-0001
    By installing the breather cap, you can connect the return hose when you install SP Takegawa's oil catch tank kit.

    ■Oil Line Hose Kit 00-07-0095
    By installing the oil line hose kit, the oil flowing to the head side can also pass through the oil element.
    This prevents engine damage caused by oil sludge.
    To install the oil line hose, it is necessary to use the oil outlet boss to the oil cooler on the SP Takegawa big bore cylinder (with oil outlet boss).

    ■Compact Cool Kit (for Special Clutch Cover)
    Install the oil cooler using the oil outlet on the cover.
    The kit differs depending on the installation position of the oil cooler body.
    There are 3 ways to install the oil cooler: SP Takegawa big throttle body and air filter kit, install the oil cooler on the shroud bracket, install the oil cooler under the stock cylinder head, or install the oil cooler under the SP Takegawa super head 4V+R head. There are three types.
