Description
This product allows you to enjoy the performance of the TMR-MJN carburetor with the stock displacement of the Z1 while keeping the stock air cleaner box.
This product is designed for those who want to install a racing carburetor on their Z1, but want to protect the engine by leaving the air cleaner box in place, want to ride without a large increase in displacement, or want to ride in a standard style without making too much of a statement with the carb.
We chose silver body for the carburetor body to match the Z1 pitch.
The top cover and drain bolts are also silver to create a stock style Z1 custom.
Furthermore, the carburetor diameter is Φ28, the same as the stock one, to balance the easy handling and direct response while extracting the output of the stock 903cc engine.
The special adapter for installing the carburetor body to the stock air cleaner box has been designed with a special passage that allows only clean air that has passed through the air cleaner to enter not only the main bore but also the pilot passage.
This allows you to experience a high performance racing carburetor while reducing the risk of inhaling airborne particles.
The inner pipe that comes with the kit has been optimized for the TMR-MJN in terms of cable winding diameter.
Also, by changing the material of the inner pipe, smoother throttle control can be achieved without changing the stock throttle holder.
[Recommended replacement parts]
Air Filter
It is recommended to replace the air filter with a new genuine one or an equivalent one in order to get the best performance.
[Insulator band]
If you need to remove and install the insulator band frequently, we recommend using the "Hose Band 40-60 Part No. 855-209-4060".
[Throttle Wire]
Throttle wire for TMR Part No.: 671-200-***2 (*** indicates the length of the outer wire, so please select the product with the required length.)

*TPS is available for data loggers and igniters.The parts from the coupler to the TPS sensor are not available from YOSHIMIURA, so please prepare them separately.*The TPS can be mounted at two different angles.(for sensor calibration)
*Φ43X2 holes are recommended for air cleaner box.It is possible to drive without modification, but the original performance cannot be demonstrated.
*It is possible to change to the funnel specification, dual stack funnel specification, and power filter specification by purchasing parts separately, but since there is no setting data, it is necessary to set it by yourself.
