What is Gun Coat
Gun coat is a coating with high heat dissipation effect, and has excellent heat dissipation, shock resistance, chemical resistance, and corrosion resistance. It has a wide range of applications and is suitable for automotive parts, motorcycle parts, industrial products, and is also used in the US military.
Using this heat-dissipating paint for radiator coating provides higher heat dissipation performance than aluminum fins in their base metal state. Although the paint film is very thin, its surface hardness of 9H makes it ideal for preventing fins from being crushed by flying rocks. The coating is also resistant to heat, chemicals, and corrosion, and is so durable that it will not come off even with stripper, thinner, or gasoline.

You can choose between Red with black letters or Black with red letters.

In order to cool more, it is not enough to simply increase the number of layers, thickness, and Core stages, even if it is called Large type.
After a lot of prototyping, we came up with this 2-layer Radiator shape.

Brackets are provided on the side tank for fixing. Of course, the Full fairing (Type-1 [reprint ver.]) made by T2R was attached to NSR250R. We have designed it so that it is large enough to fit into the limit.
A special radiator hose is included to fit the front bank and plug centering engine specifications.

T2Racing's 2-layer radiator can cool the water temperature faster than other radiators, as shown in the temperature change chart. This temperature change chart is based on the results of measuring the water temperature drop rate of each radiator. This chart is based on the results of measuring the water temperature drop rate of each radiator. The measurement starts when the water temperature reaches 70 degrees Celsius while the radiator water is warmed up and a constant air flow is provided.

Measurement method
The car was set up on the dynamo, and each radiator was cooled with a blower under the same conditions. In order to make the measurement of each radiator under the same conditions, quickly replaced three radiators during the time when the temperature change was not likely to occur on the measurement day. The number of times each radiator was measured was twice, and the speed of the water temperature drop was measured at 5000 rpm and 4000 rpm with the idle screw fixed.

Target of comparison
Two types of radiators were used: the stock radiator and the HRC-made 3-layer radiator for RS250. The 3-layer radiator for RS250 that I used for this measurement is the one that was able to cool down the engine the most in actual circuit running among the several types of large radiators that I own.
