    Description

    These are DMR-JAPAN original parts.

    This is a conversion kit from Friction Large-Threshold Mechanical Seal to Friction Small-Threshold Oil Seal!
    The oil seal is made for Yamaha OEM water pump, so you can be sure of the durability of Yamaha quality..
    Impeller is CR500, HRC/RS250etc.. In addition, the shaft is made of stainless steel, a material that is resistant to rust..
    Chassis dynamo verification has shown an increase of approximately 1PS..

    Since the amount of water discharged is less than OEM Impeller, the time for the coolant to exit the cylinder is longer mainly at low RPM, and the water temperature at the outlet rises..
    The high coolant water is cooled by the radiator slowly and is input to the cylinder in the cold state..
    In the high RPM range, the RSImpeller has the ability to reduce the generation of cavitation and improve the cooling efficiency..
    It is effective to use with Big Radiator to keep the water temperature stable..
    This is the same product used by the RACINGShop for the All Japan Road Race Championship.

    This product uses a 2-piece structure which is common in motorcycle maker's resin GEARs to prevent cracks..

    [Mounting Method]
    1. Remove the Bearing, Oil seal and Mechanical Seal from the Clutch cover and clean the adhesive from the Mechanical Seal press fit area..
    2. Clean the Drain hole and remove the Liquid Gasketetc.. (If there is also a hole on the upper side depending on the year, please plug both holes).
    3. Insert the O-ring into the case first and press-fit the Oil sealAdapter with the hydraulic PRESS.. (Avoid hammering with a hammer as much as possible because it may cause gaps in the oil seal.).
    4. Insert the oil seal into the Adapter (the one with the imprint visible is facing forward)..
    5. Please install the Bearing next to the Bearing [without installing the Oil seal.
    6. Install the Water pumpGEAR, Copper Washer and Impeller.. (Please apply Threat Compound to the Screw part of the Shaft by preventing galling)

    Caution

    *As it is for racing, the worm gear that operates the oil pump is not cut
    *When using at low RPM, the coolant takes longer to exit the cylinder, causing the water temperature at the outlet to rise slightly.The high coolant is also slowly cooled by the radiator and enters the cylinders in a cooled state, so the cylinders are well cooled, but if the thermo-center is installed in front of the radiator, the water temperature will be displayed higher than usual.
    *The specs are further enhanced when used in combination with the Big Radiator.
