*Once the single seat cowl or seat bag is installed, the bike will be a single seater.Within 15 days after installation, change the description of the vehicle on the vehicle inspection certificate (from 2 passengers to 1 passenger).
*A change in the description on the Vehicle Inspection Certificate (from one passenger capacity to two passengers) is also required when the installed single seat cowl or seat bag is removed and the vehicle is returned to two-seater operation.
