    ■What to prepare
    ・Parts Cleaner
    ・Dust cloth
    ・Heat gun or hair dryer
    *Cutter

    ▼ Step 1 (Prepare to apply the adhesive tape to the wheel)
    Remove the rim band and tape from the wheel so that the nipple can be seen.

    ▼ Step 2
    Wipe off dirt from the installation surface of the wheel using a commercially available degreaser, thinner, etc. and degrease the wheel thoroughly in order to ensure good adhesion.
    After using degreasing agent, thinner, etc., be sure to rinse off carefully with lukewarm water or water so that no oil, dirt, cleaner remain.
    Finally, wipe off the water with a cloth and remove the water completely with a hair dryer.
    *Please be careful not to touch your eyes with hands that have touched the degreaser.

    ▼ Step 3
    Carefully apply the spoke nipple seal (black seal) to the center of the nipple so that there is no deviation.
    *The color of the sticker may change depending on the lot.

    ▼ Step 4 (Apply adhesive tape to the wheel)
    The adhesive tape (blue) in the kit is double-sided tape. When applying the adhesive tape, avoid the nipple hole and valve hole at the beginning of the tape application, and refer to the diagram to confirm the position of the tape and apply it so that it does not deviate from the center of the wheel.
    Do not peel it off all at once, but peel it off little by little, and apply it carefully so that it does not bend greatly or wrinkle.
    Since there is a little bit of excess tape after one turn, first cut the tape so that the cut edges are perfectly aligned with each other using a cutter, etc., and then apply the tape firmly so that the seams do not overlap.

    Step 5 (Apply KV over the adhesive tape)
    The KV has double-sided tape on it, so remove some of the release paper and prepare to attach it.
    If you remove all of the release paper, the KV surfaces may stick to each other, so remove only a part of the release paper.

    Apply the KV while carefully peeling off the release paper of the double-sided tape and the release paper of the KV little by little from a distance of about 15 cm from the adhesive tape joint and avoiding the nipple and valve hole.
    After attaching one round of KV, apply another 30cm of KV.
    *At this time, make sure that there is no air between the double-sided tape and KV.

    ▼ Step 6 (Install the valve)
    Use a sharp-edged tool, such as a drill, and a cutter to make a hole for the valve in the KV and double-sided tape.
    Apply the enclosed liquid gasket to the rubber gasket of the valve and install the valve by tightening the screw.
    *Be careful not to overtighten.

    ▼ Step 7 (Finish)
    After applying the adhesive tape and KV, use a hair dryer or heat gun to warm the tape with warm air at about 40 degrees Celsius, and warm the tape evenly until the KV is blended in.

    When you have finished all the steps, inflate the tires.

    *Wheels with a large nipple head such as Warp9, KTM / HUSABERG stock wheels, HAAN collar nipples, etc. and a large gap between the nipple head and the rim, please use the double type.
    *Please set the air pressure to 250kpa immediately after the application, and let it get accustomed without riding for a day or so with firm pressure.If you apply pressure using a tube at this time, it is possible to bond more strongly.
    *When washing the bike, be careful not to get detergent directly on the spoke nipples.
