About Lightweight Manual Clutch Kit
This is a kit to change and strengthen the automatic centrifugal clutch to a manual clutch, which is used for the old model Monkey.
Caution
*The bearing capacity of the clutch unit itself is less than 10ps and the allowable speed is less than 12.000rpm.bikes exceeding these limits must be fitted with an Ultra Clutch Kit.*L-Lever & Cable Set is required for installation.
*The brake pedal return spring may interfere with the case cover on Dax models.In this case, it is necessary to change the position of the return spring.(Processing of the case cover itself is strictly prohibited.)
*When installing the manual clutch kit to a centrifugal clutch bike, the clutch lever and cable set will also be required, so the bikes that can use this kit will be limited.
*The temporary reduction ratio will be higher than normal (except for Monkey centrifugal clutch models).By lowering the front sprocket by 2 or raising the rear sprocket by 4, you can get the same feeling as stock.
*Special-purpose tools required
