High Spec Clutch Holder Kit for Exquisite Lever Operation
Wire clutch holder kit with all kinds of adjustment functions for smooth clutch operation.
Features unique Gailspeed functions such as lever ratio and lever position adjustment to achieve the exquisite touch that each rider demands.
Also, like the master cylinder, it is made of forged aluminum to achieve both high rigidity and light weight, with no rattling and no loss of power from the fingertips.
It provides a custom-made feel.
[Ratio adjuster]
Two types of barrel holders are provided to adjust the lever ratio. Two types of barrel holders are provided to adjust the lever ratio, allowing you to choose the lightness and operating feel.
[Lever Opening Adjustment Mechanism]
The lever opening degree can be adjusted in 15 steps by dial operation.
[Mechanical Switch]
A standard switch equivalent to the genuine one is equipped as standard. For sports cars, the switch can be installed by simply replacing the terminals.
[Lever thinning process]
The lever has been cut out to reduce weight. In the event of a fall, only the tip of the lever breaks off, allowing you to continue driving.
[Built-in Bearings]
The pivot that connects the bracket to the knocker is designed to operate smoothly even when the pivot pin is tightened.
[Wire adjustment dial]
The wire play can be easily adjusted even with gloves on.
[Collapsible lever]
The lever is designed so that when it falls over, the tip of the lever collapses to reduce the impact on the body.
[Same ratio as stock, but lighter]
The bearing in the pivot section reduces resistance when pulling the lever, allowing for smooth clutch operation.
[Round lever]
The round lever is designed to allow the user to pull the lever as if sliding it with the fingers.
[Lever touch changes with the barrel holder]
By changing the distance from the working point (barrel) to the fulcrum (pivot point), the ease and lightness of clutch disengagement can be changed.
Two types of barrel holders are included.
Barrel holders of 28mm and 30mm, or 32mm and 34mm are included. Please select the holder size that gives you the desired touch.
[Distance to the fulcrum]
If the distance is far
The stroke will be shorter and the clutch will disengage better.
The clutch operation may become heavy depending on the model.
If the distance is close
The stroke will become longer and clutch operation will become lighter.
The clutch may not disengage depending on the model.
