This oil cooler kit is for bikes equipped with SP Takegawa's S-stage big bore Kit. The oil cooler is attached to the tappet cap cover under the cylinder head with a special stay. The oil outlet uses the oil outlet boss on the cylinder of SP Takegawa's big bore kit.
The kit can be selected from the number of stages of the oil cooler body (3 fin 4 oil line / 4 fin 5 oil line).
■About Braided Hose #4
Nylon braid hose with outer diameter of Φ11mm is suitable for small bikes. The inner diameter is Φ5.6mm to reduce the load on the oil pump.
The nylon braid hose is lightweight and flexible, allowing for greater flexibility in handling. When installed, the black braid hose will enhance the appearance of the bike.
■About Compact Cool Body
The main body of the cooler is a compact cooler with excellent cooling effect. By installing the oil cooler, the rise in oil temperature due to engine bore increase can be suppressed.
Oil cooler plate and guard are standard equipment.

*Some cylinders in the e-Stage Big Bore Kit for GROM and MSX125 have an oil outlet boss.This product can be installed on any e-stage cylinder that has an oil outlet boss.Please be sure to check the cylinder you are using before purchasing.*In the case of the Monkey 125, it cannot be installed with the stock exhaust or SP Takegawa's up exhaust at the same time.
*The amount of oil is usually 3 fin. to the specified amount of oil: Approx. 40cc / 4 fin: Add approx. 60cc.
*Install the oil cooler body under the cylinder head using the oil cooler bracket for the stock cylinder head.
*For vehicles equipped with either SP Takekawa e-stage big bore kit with oil outlet boss or SP Takekawa S-stage big bore kit, it is necessary to install big bore cylinder with oil outlet boss because oil outlet to the oil cooler is required.
*Depending on the lot, the product may be delivered with the old price and label with the old JAN code before the price change.
