Description
Flexible, pressure adjustable, good for beveling.
Abrasive discs for metal for 100mm disc grinders.
Mainly used for weld bead removal, deburring, rust removal and flat curved surface polishing.
[Feature 1 - Flexible and pressure adjustable]
The abrasive cloth is bonded to the backing base in an upright position and flexes to provide flexibility and pressure adjustment to the object.
The backing increases the flat grinding force when pressed.
It is effective for flat and curved surface polishing and facing.
[Feature 2 - Effective for grinding]
・As pressing it down, the deeper it hits the base side, the stronger the pressure becomes.
・As it is pressed completely, it becomes flat because it does not bend.
Therefore, if there is a protrusion on a flat surface, it is shaved in priority, and it is effective for surface preparation.
