SUS441 original CDI is not for fine tuning of the best ignition timing like existing positioning CDI, but it is a product that you can enjoy the performance of KSR-1 / 2 widely by switching 4 ignition timing for each situation from motocross to road race, gymkhana driving and long drive. It is a product that can be enjoyed widely.

By changing from the stock steel to the light weight aluminum, the loss of engine rotation is reduced and a light blow-up is realized.
High strength aluminum: By cutting and anodizing from the AL2017s, the weight has been reduced to less than half of the stock weight, greatly contributing to the improvement of throttle response.
It is also compatible with "Reinforced back wheel plus".
[KSR-1 (50)]
Under the gasoline tank, remove the 3P coupler where the stock CDI or aftermarket CDI is installed, and install the original CDI, then the work is completed.
[KSR-2 (80)]
After removing the gas tank and the stock ignition coil, install the KSR-1 stock ignition coil or SUS441 "reinforced ignition coil".
Position 1
Stock engine: It is a little mild at low rpm, but has a good extension at the highest rpm.
Racing Engines: For road course, good matching with torque type and medium speed type engine.
Position 2
Stock engine: It accelerates smoothly from low to high rpm, and has good extension.Characteristics that match the stock engine.
Racing Engines: It covers the characteristic of the engine which is difficult to handle due to the incompatibility of the chamber.
Position Three
Stock engine: It has a good acceleration feeling at the beginning of opening and extends to high rpm.It is most suitable for light custom machine such as clutch reinforcement, 19.5+α carburetor, aftermarket silencer.
Racing Engines: Wide range of all-around use for both mid-speed and high-rpm types
Position 4
Stock engine: It has the strongest acceleration, sharpest response, and quickest shift up point.It's a light custom vehicle, perfect for off-road fun.
Racing Engines: If you run a mini course with a carburetor with a cylinder and a chamber of high RPM type +28Φ or more, and you have lost the low speed, you can use it to increase the torque and improve the balance.

Caution
*For KSR-1/2: The 4-position original CDI does not include the "Enhanced Ignition Coil".*This product is not compatible with the "stock carburetor setting".
*The best setting is also different for every position.Please change MJ / PJ as necessary.
*When mounting the CDI directly to the frame, wrap a sponge around it to prevent vibration damage.
*The main body of CDI is not waterproof.Do not install the product in a place where it will be exposed to heavy rainwater.
