Description
This wheel kit is made up of the same parts as the AR1 wheels for competition vehicles.
By combining Z-WHEEL's R50 rim, Asterite hub, aluminum nipple set and spoke set, weight reduction is achieved while boasting high strength compared to the stock product.
[R50 rim]
Racing spec rims for use in MX and ED racing.
The most suitable material for the rim is aluminum alloy A7050 T6, and the cross-sectional shape is pursued.
It is designed to balance the contradictory conditions of strength and weight.
[Asterite hub]
The cylindrical high-strength aluminum alloy is machined to 1 / 10th of its original weight with high precision, and the design emphasizes strength and weight reduction while maintaining a beautiful appearance.
The side walls are cut out to provide excellent mud drainage.
[Aluminum nipples & spokes]
Z-WHEEL High strength aluminum alloy nipple is adopted.
Contributes to weight reduction compared to stock steel nipples.
Z-WHEEL high strength stainless steel spoke set is adopted.
The number of spokes in the rear has been increased from 32 to 36 to transmit power to the road without wasting it.
