2. the following conditions must be met when flashing light sources are produced by chain lighting
(1) Each light source remains lit until the end of the ON cycle after it is turned on. (2) The lighting of the series of light sources occurs uniformly and progressively from the inner to the outer edge of the apparent surface. (3) No repetitive alternation in the vertical direction (e.g: A single continuous line (without waves). (4) The variation ends within 200ms after the start of the ON cycle.
