It is not overly complicated. For non-U.S. use: TST Industries' brackets are designed for U.S. plates and will accommodate 5.-6.1" hole spacing with 5mm hardware. Adjustable bracket will accommodate 5.2~6.29 inch hole spacing with 5mm hardware. Please make sure the compatibility before purchase.
